Seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Assist HR Manager and local Site Manager with various duties & HR functions
• Conduct interviews, onboard, and E-Verify employees
• Process timesheets for payroll
• Recruiting and other duties as assigned
• Assist with coordinating employees staying in dormitories at the facility

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of HR experience
• Employee relations skills
• Must be flexible and willingness to be an all-around support person, team player
• Experience with PayChex and/or Greenhouse recruiting programs a plus
• Must be bilingual
