Office Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking an Office Assistant for a well-established company!
Job duties include:
- Processing purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Assisting with data entry of billing and accounts payable info
- Entering shipping & receiving paperwork into computer system
- Answer phones & emails, file and help check in trucks and drivers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in invoicing, billing, accounts payable, or shipping and receiving is a plus
- Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Microsoft Teams experience is a plus
- Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
