Seeking a Make Ready / Maintenance employee for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Preparing units for move in
• Cleaning and painting
• Light maintenance such as repairing holes in walls
• Changing light bulbs and clearing trash
• Assist with leaks in faucets

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Punctual with good attendance
