Seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs for building and equipment
• Perform custodial duties which may include sweeping and moping, washing windows, interior walls and ceilings, emptying trash cans, cleaning and disinfecting washrooms and fixtures
• Routine landscaping on grounds
• Painting and filling in gaps or crevices
• Light installation, carpentry and welding
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• May be required to move furniture, equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
