Seeking a Dispatcher for a busy, well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Dispatching duties for all tools and trucking
• Responsible for tickets and tracking tools
• Coordinate and manage efficient truck loads & ensure cost effectiveness
• Plan and execute all rig transfers and yard to yard deliveries
• Coordination between operations, shipping & receiving, and motor shop
• Resolve issues that arise that could affect scheduled time for pick up and/or delivery of loads
• Maintain log of incoming and outgoing calls

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a high pressure office
• Good communication skills
• Previous oil & gas experience is a plus
• Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
