Director of Operations


Seeking a Director of Operations for a well established company!

Job duties include:

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination
  • Internal & client communication
  • Financial & information management
  • Central database management, and marketing
  • Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking & expansion systems
  • Will be responsible for all financial systems including maintaining the books, paying bills, handling payroll, assuring collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
  • Oversees all contracts through closing
  • Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems & standards
  • Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Will be responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members
  • Will assist in creating marketing


  • Basic understanding of financial reporting (P&L’s)
  • Computer skills, data entry, and graphic design experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Leadership, supervisory, management & team-building skills
  • Good local contact base with resources
  • Must have current real estate license or willing to get licensed
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of service and management experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate
  • This position requires a credit check
