Seeking a Plant Coach for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Will be responsible for coaching production and maintenance teams in the safe & efficient operational functions
• Will be responsible for having a well rounded understanding of the entire plant operations to include appropriate staffing levels based on production needs, annual and capital expenditure budgeting, critical operational functions and trouble shooting
• Will train, lead, and develop associates in the best practices to achieve a high-quality product while ensuring company values are being upheld
• Will work closely with other facility leadership and operations teams to meet production needs, quality specifications, safety & environmental requirements and goal attainment

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in sand mining process and equipment flows or similar production process
• Leadership experience within an industrial / production arena
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft applications & other business systems)
• Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Financial aptitude and experience with budgeting process
• Understanding of the participative team management style, with training in goal setting and alignment, team building, conflict management, and problem solving
• Experience in MSHA facility is a plus
• This position requires the ability to receive clearance for respirator protection
