Recruiter / Human Resources Professional
JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Recruiter/Human Resources Professional for a well-established company! Candidate will lead recruitment efforts for field employees. Candidate will also be responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding and supporting various HR projects as needed.
Job duties include:
- Provide front-line recruitment support for all Field Tech positions, manage electronic applicant tracking system & proactively screen resumes to identify high-potential candidates
- Administer pre-employment testing and conduct employment verifications, including reference checks, background checks and e-verify
- Will maintain accurate and timely updates to employee records in the HRIS system. Will maintain up to date training records, including hours worked (for payroll purposes)
- Will monitor certification expiration dates and coordinate renewals with employees proactively
- Will schedule and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, and track and report orientation dates for payroll processing
- General HR support
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of general office administrative experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
- Strong computer proficiency, with advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and proactive mindset.
